 1. Enumerate the 4 answers on "What is literature for?" based on the video. In your own words, explain each in 2-3 sentences.

        - Based on the given video, literature gives us additional time as it draws our emotions. It may seem to look like we are wasting our time reading these pieces but in reality, it saves our time because it helps us to encounter some events that will take so long for us to experience. It puts our minds full of imagination into reality. 

           It also helps us to achieve that acceptable character we all wanted. The good is always present in these writings and it makes us eager to be better. The connection we acquired from the characters made us good or even better as a person.

            On the other hand, literature may seem to treat the loneliness a person feels. Most of us are scared to express our thoughts and emotions but with these writings, we are able to see and understand the truth about us. There are no such filters in the literature that makes it more real for our emotions to feel the harsh reality in each one of us. 

            Lastly, literature can make us prepared for something bad that might happen. The good is shown, so as the bad. We all failed once, twice, or even more and we can always have such failures but with these writings, we are able to prepare for these possible events in the future. Given that in literature, the outcome can be seen and if that certain event happened to us, we know what to expect and we know what to do next.
