Discussion (week 4)

1. What is the song "I DREAMED A DREAM" all about? What does it say based on your own understanding and interpretation?          - From the title itself, the song is all about a dream the person who wrote the song or the main character has dreamed. From what I've felt and understood, the person dreamed of somehow a nice, proper, near to perfect life. Everything the person wanted was there.  Due to different circumstances the person has experienced, the dream he dreamed will just be a dream. What are the similarities and differences between the 2 adaptations (in terms of style, delivery, artistic expression, multimedia, etc.)          - For the similarity, I can say that both of the performers/actors gave a wonderful performance. Ants plan ahead.                    - It is really important to think of the future as no one can ensure what goes for them.           C. Ants stay positive always.                    - Problems will always be there, no people have no problems at all and what I should be thinking is that I can finish every obstacle my life wi...

Discussion (Week 2)

1.  What distinct characteristics does graphic fiction/novel have?          - Graphic fiction is full of different texts and images which make it more interesting for readers. Also, it covers the whole storyline in one book, unlike comics which usually come in volumes/issues. Some readers find it more engaging than having to read different writings. Also, with the different elements a graphic fiction has, it captivates reluctant readers more. It also has exciting and complex plots, characters, and conflicts.  2. If you are given a chance to create your own graphic fiction/novel, what will be your genre, story/theme all about, and why?          - I think it will be Humor or Historical Facts. Usually, when I'm bored, I tend to watch historical videos on youtube. I am also a very joyful guy which is why I think humor will do okay. Personally, I like stories or concepts that are real so fantasy is kind of a no for me. I just want m...
